Ingredients
1½cupsplant milkI use fortified rice milk
1sweet potatosmall, baked, skin removed (I like to keep baked sweet potatoes on hand to quickly add to recipes like this)
Begin blending on lowest setting and slowly turn up to highest setting.
Blend on high for approximately 30 seconds.
Serve immediately.
