Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant milk (I used organic fortified rice milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. dark cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a high speed blender in the order they are listed.
  • Begin blending on low and increase to highest speed.
  • Blend on high for approximately 30 seconds.
