Strawberry Swiss Chard Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice milk or choice of plant milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 3-4 leaves Swiss chard - stems removed
  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded coconut unsweetened

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a high-speed blender in the order they are listed.
  • Begin blending on lowest setting and slowly turn up to highest setting.
  • Blend on high for approximately 30 seconds
  • Serve immediately.
