Quick Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup jarred salsa (I like Chi-Chi’s thick and chunky)

Instructions

  • Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
  • Mash avocado with a fork and then stir in salsa.
  • Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. (Store guacamole with avocado pit to reduce browning.)
