Pumpkin Pie Spice Mango Smoothie
A simple gluten-free vegan recipe made with easy-to-keep-on-hand ingredients.

- 1 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen cut leaf spinach or 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Medjool dates pitted
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Place ingredients in a high-speed blender in the order they are listed.
Begin blending on the lowest setting and slowly turn up to the highest setting.
Blend on high for approximately 40 seconds.
Serve immediately.
