Pumpkin Pie Spice Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen cut leaf spinach or 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a high-speed blender in the order they are listed.
  • Begin blending on the lowest setting and slowly turn up to the highest setting.
  • Blend on high for approximately 40 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
