Peanut Butter Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plant milk (I prefer rice milk, or unsweetened soy milk)
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to high-speed blender in the order they are listed.
  • Begin blending on low and increase to highest speed.
  • Blend on high for approximately 30 seconds.
