Ingredients
½cupwater
½cupnatural peanut buttersmooth or crunchy - it doesn’t matter
1small garlic clove
2Tbsp.low sodium Tamari sauce
1Tbsp.brown rice vinegar
2tsp.maple syrup
¼tsp.ground ginger
¼tsp.crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add ingredients to a blender in the order they are listed.
Begin blending on low and slowly turn blender up to medium high (7 on Vitamix). Blend for approximately 30 seconds or until sauce reaches a smooth consistency.
Use immediately or store in sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 or 4 days.
Notes
The recipe makes about one cup of sauce. A serving size is about two tablespoons.
