Avocado Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

This vegan and gluten-free recipe makes an easy morning mea—but feel free to enjoy it any time!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ avocado peel and pit removed
  • ½ cup baby romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. dry old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbsp. raw sunflower seeds
  • 1-2 medjool dates pitted
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a high-speed blender in the order they are listed.
  • Begin blending on lowest setting and slowly turn up to highest setting.
  • Blend on high for approximately 35 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
