rice milk
or choice of plant milk

small banana
3-4
leaves
Swiss chard
- stems removed
½
cup
frozen sliced strawberries

Tbsp.
sliced almonds
1
Tbsp.
shredded coconut
unsweetened
Instructions
Place ingredients in a high-speed blender in the order they are listed.
Begin blending on lowest setting and slowly turn up to highest setting.
Blend on high for approximately 30 seconds
Serve immediately.
