1Tbsp.raw unfiltered apple cider vinegarwith the “mother”
1Tbsp.fresh lemon juiceor another tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
½Tbsp.maple syrupor raw honey
½tsp.ground ginger
Instructions
Mixing Option 1
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
Mixing Option 2
Add all ingredients to a large glass.
Mix for approximately 30 seconds with a stick/immersion blender.
Mixing Option 3
Add all ingredients to a bottle/container with a tight lid.
Shake vigorously several times.
Notes
Unless you go with mixing option 3 (and can continue to shake as needed) - leave a spoon in the glass so you can stir between sips to keep ground ginger from settling to the bottom.If you omit the ginger, you can skip the blending and/or shaking and simple stir the mixture with a spoon.
